Prepare your fire and let burn down to hot coals. Pre-heat your pie irons.
Crush your graham crackers.
Lay out pie crusts and cut into eight squares approximately the same size as your pie irons.
Butter all eight pie crusts on one side.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on four pie crusts.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on the four graham cracker crusts.
Add marshmallow creme on the four crusts without graham crackers.
Add two marshmallows on the marshmallow creme crusts.
Carefully lay your marshmallow creme crusts on top of the crusts with the graham crackers and chocolate chips.
Gently pinch all sides of your s'mores down.
Butter both sides of your pre-heated pie irons (careful, they're hot).
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on both sides.
Gently place your s'mores in the pie irons and close them. Trim off extra crust with your knife.
Cook five minutes on one side and five to seven on the other. Check to see if crust is golden brown. If not cook until done.
If you want extra marshmallow creaminess, cut your s'mores in half, add marshmallow creme to one half and sandwich together.
