Mix together flour, sugar, nutmeg. Place in zip top plastic bag and shake to mix.
Whisk together eggs and milk. Place in empty disposable water bottle.
Heat up 20 charcoal briquettes.
Whisk together all ingredients (except butter and toppings). Let mixture rest until briquettes are ready.
Place dutch oven next to heating briquettes to warm. Once warm, melt butter completely inside it. Swirl to coat the entire bottom and partly up the sides.
Place 7 briquettes in a small circle. Pour batter into dutch oven and replace lid. Take the remaining 13 briquettes and place them on the lid. Cook for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and full set in the middle.
